Shadow Brides: Guide (Wiki)

Desire (Sword): Grants immediate 400 EXP.

Reincarnation: Masters ATK is increased by 1200.

Calamity: All Partners have their ATK increased by 600.

Decay: In the Tavern Arena, all Partners have their ATK and HP increased by 50%.

Authority: Master’s HP is increased by 12,000.

Sacrifice: All Partners have their HP increased by 2,400.

Fester: In Infinite Mastery, all Partners have their ATK and HP increased by 50%.

Anger: Master’s DMG rate and DMG RES rate is increased by 6%.

Foolishness: All Partners have their DMG rate and DMG RES rate increased by 4%.

Hoodwink: In the Hunt Tournament, all Partners have their ATK and HP increased by 50%.

Alarm: You can receive 6-9 True Blood Seals from the AFK Chest every day (refreshes after 5:00 every day).

Thorn (Gun): When fighting against a Tier 1 Master, all allies gain an additional 100% to their DMG Rate.

Bloodlust: Partners who have an Energy Cost of 13 or less have their ATK increased by 1200 and HP increased by 4800.

Pain: Partners who have an Energy Cost of 114-16 or less have their ATK increased by 1600 and HP increased by 7200.

Advent: Partners who have an Energy Cost of 13 or less have their ATK increased by 2000 and HP increased by 10000.

Fraud: Each time a Partner is deployed in battle, there is a 50% probability of recovering 1 Energy and a 10% probability of recovering 2 Energy. This is only effective when the Master is Tier 2.

Sluggish: When fighting against a Tier 2 Master, all allies gain an additional 50% to their DMG Rate and DMG RES Rate.

Puncture: When a Partner who has an Energy Cost of 13 or less is deployed, deals DMG to the enemy Master equaling 120% of her ATK and increases her DMG Rate by 10%.

Shelter: When a Partner who has an Energy Cost of 14-16 is deployed, they will either deal 120% DMG to the enemy Master or give a Shield worth 120% to the allied Master. There is a 10% chance of both effects to occur. The Partner’s DMG RES Rate is increased by 6%.

Ridicule: When a Partner with an Energy Cost of 17 or more is deployed, a Shield is given to the allied Master equaling 120% of her ATK. The Partner’s DMG RES Rate is increased by 10%.

Obliteration: In the Tavern Arena, all Partners have their ATK and HP increased by 10%. The bonus effect is doubled when the team Energy is within 200.

Whisper (Shield): When fighting against a Tier 2 Master, all allies gain an additional 100% to their DMG Rate.

Nightmare: Single-target damage Partners have their ATK increased by 2400 and their Crit Rate increased by 10%.

Rubble: Partners who deal AOE DMG have their ATK increased by 2400 and their Crit Rate increased by 10%.

Shadow: Heal and Summon Partners have their ATK increased by 2000 and their Crit Rate increased by 10%.

Fury: Partners with other classes have their ATK increased by 2000 and their Crit Rate increased by 10%.

Hidden: When the Master takes Single-target damage or Dusk damage, the damage taken will be reduced by 20%.

Silence: When the Master takes AOE or Summoner damage, the damage will be reduced by 20%.

Greed: When fighting against a Tier 3 Master, all allies gain an additional 50% to their DMG Rate and DMG RES Rate.

Strangle: Partners who deal Single-target damage will have their HP increased by 8000. Their Unique Skill will have a 10% probability of being activated again.

Omen: Partners who deal AOE DMG will have their HP increased by 8000. Their Unique Skill will have a 10% probability of being activated again.

Grudge: Sorcerer or Summon Partners will have their HP increased by 10000. Their Unique Skill will have a 10% probability of being activated again.

Curse: Partners with other Classes will have their HP increased by 10000. Their Unique Skill will have a 10% probability of being activated again.

Conquer: In the Tavern Arena, all Partners will have their ATK increased by 10% and their HP increased by 10%. When you own more than 35 Partners, this effect has an additional 30% increase. When Partners’ total Level exceeds 2000, this effect has an additional 30% increase. When Partners’ total Star Level exceeds 160, this effect has an additional 40% increase.

Purgatory: In the Tavern Arena, all Partners have their ATK increased by 7% and their HP increased by 7%. When you own more than 45 Partners, this effect has an additional 30% increase. When Partners’ total Level exceeds 3000, this effect has an additional 30% increase. When Partners’ total Star Level exceeds 200, this effect has an additional 40% increase.

Stampede (Coffin): When fighting against a Tier 3 Master, all allies gain an additional 100% to their DMG rate.

Divine

A new function for upgrading select Brides to a higher Tier. Currently Ada and Lily are the only Brides that can be upgraded in this manner to the Ultra Rare (UR) Tier. The new Bride Darcey can be exchanged for on this panel.

Once a Bride has been upgraded to UR, you will receive a refund of all resources you invested into the Bride previously. In order to upgrade the Brides further you will need to collect the same items again. This can be done 3 times.

The table below includes the upgrade costs for each Bride. Each upgrade also requires 2 million Gold.

Brides Knisely and Darcey are stand-alone Partners only acquirable from this panel or events and they already UR when acquired. Knisely was introduced for the 6-month Anniversary event as part of the inaugural “The Strongest Demon Hunter” event. She was the prize for 1st place in this initially cross-server global challenge. The current incarnation of the event has regular SSR Brides as the 1st place rewards.

Spirit

A new function has been added to boost the stats of your Partners. You can complete a Spirit Search once every 8 hours. You may receive a Bride “card” which you can nurture until it is completed. Once it is matured, it will go into your Coffer. You can have a maximum of 500 Brides in your coffer. The Nurturing space is limited to 2 for free, additional spaces may be bought for 500 Diamonds a piece.

Brides that you are Nurturing and those in your Coffer will add their stats to your Brides in your Team list. It may be helpful to try to only nurture Partners that you have in your Arena Lineup. The Brides come in Rating levels of SS, A, B, and C. The higher their Rating the longer it will take to Nurture them. An SS Brides takes 50 levels, A = 30, B= 20, and C = 10 levels.

It is important to note that you cannot Nurture two of the same bride concurrently. For example, If you have an SS Rated Bride that you are Nurturing and you receive a A or B of the same one during a Spirit Search, the duplicate will automatically be recycled.

Additionally, Brides in the Coffer can not be removed manually. Once you reach to 500 limit cap it will automatically remove weaker ones as new Brides are Nurtured to maturity. If you have an open space in your Nurture panel when completing a search, any Bride you pull will be slotted. If no empty spaces are available then you will recycle any Brides pulled and get some random resources in exchange.

Soul Tears

The Soul Tears panel contain over 500 Cosplay images comprised of 85 individual sets. There are also some updated sets with new imagery. Some of the identified models can be found on Tasselynn’s Aliexpress Anime Baby Girl store page. The Dora sets feature popular Chinese cosplayer Yorkie_w.

Bag

This is just your Inventory and you can find all items you receive in game here. There are 5 sorted Tabs.

• Consumables: Here you can find your Summoning items, EXP Potions, Gifts, Fate’s Afterthought (Random SSR Shards), Best Friend’s Afterthought (Random SR Shards), SR Soul Collection Book (60x to get Partner), and SSR Soul Collection Book (60x to get Partner).
• Materials: This section contains Runes for Ranking up Partners, Universal Shards, Universal Rings (Gear Enchant), Enchanted Metal (Gear Fortify), Master upgrade items, Scarlet Moon Scramble items, and Bedroom (Flirt) items.
• Shards: All Shards you currently possess are listed here in order of Rank: SSR (Purple), SR (Gold), and R (Blue).
• Gear: This section is further sorted into Weapons, Armor, Boots, and Accessory. Gear can be upgraded in this panel without needing to equip it to a Partner.
• Others: There’s nothing here.

News / Notice

The News panel contains the Leaderboard and Rankings for various achievements. Combat Power, Guild CP, Partner CP, Story Stages, Demon’s Law (Master Level), Golds Ranking (Richest Player), and the Top Players for each of the Mystery Tower’s.

The Notice button includes Patches and Updates, as well as links to the Official Twitter and Facebook pages.

Summon

Partner Summon: The probability of getting an SSR is 2.5%, probability of getting an SR is 18%, and the probability of getting an R is 79.5%. You’ll get at least 1 SSR character within 70 Summons for each card, and this counter will be reset after obtaining an SSR character. (Wanda, Stephanie, and Rachel can only be Summoned after being obtained through other methods). (The probabilities are all statistical data under long-range samples, which may be different from the experience of an individual player). (Summon x1 will earn Essence 1x, Summon x10 will earn Essence x10). Partner Components are Blue.

Gear Summon

1. Single Summon probability: For each Gear Summon, the probability of getting UR, SSR, SR, R, and Consumable Item is 0.5%, 3.5%, 20%, 30%, and 46% respectively.
2. Summon x5 Reward: Gain at least 1 piece of SR Gear for each Summon x5.
3. Guaranteed SSR rules: At least 1 piece of SSR Gear can be obtained the first time you do two “Summon x5” actions. In the second “Summon x5” action, the probability of obtaining SSR Gear for each summon is 5%. When doing four “Summon x5” actions, in the first and third “Summon x5” action, you can gain at least 1 piece of SSR Gear respectively.
4. Gear Components are Pink.

The Strongest Demonhunter (Event)

*For the Mystery Adventure and Fierce Fighting Events, they are regular and do not include any Flavor Text for the event. The Partner shown on the Event screen is not related to the Event.

*Mystery Adventure: During the event you can get a lot of Dora Shards and Deluxe Growth Resources by meeting the specified requirements!

8-Day Login Event: The number of Sign-ins won’t be recalculated if interrupted. Log in on the eighth day to get Valentina.

*Fierce Fighting: No Text on Event Screen.

Fierce Fighting: Guild Boss, Guild Crusade, and Spending Donation Points. For the Guild Crusade objective it does count the initial damage prior to actually fighting the Peeper. This is likely an oversight by the developers since you do millions of damage in the first stage.
