I had signed up for this offer through Swagbucks and not 5 days later they shutdown my account. They said there was suspicious activity and froze the account pending termination. I had just scheduled my first deposit the night before.

I think what did it was my posting of the link here on my blog, using bitly to shorten the link (which was terribly long), and perhaps posting the link to reddit. The bitly link only got 9 clicks through. I’m really disappointed since I thought the card was a great idea and i was looking forward to actually using it.
