This will require a total of 343 Knowledge Points (KP) to complete Secret Ancient Wonders technology. A portion of these points will be paid during the Tutorial and can be disregarded. On the research tree for the first chapter (age) you need to get everything except for Squad Size upgrades.
Starting in chapter 2 you only need to research Advanced Scouts (25KP), Advanced Residences (42KP), and Advanced Marble/Steel/Planks (32KP)/(28KP)/(30KP). Secret Ancient Wonders costs a final 35KP. This should complete the offer terms.

I would strongly suggest not building any Event buildings in your city as they take up a great deal of space and will hamper your ability to complete this offer quickly. You primary focus should be clearing Encounters on the World Map and completing Storyline objectives. You’ll run out of Gold frequently, but have more supply than you can store. The HQ determines how much resources you can have on hand. I would suggest upgrading to level 3 HQ.
The Encounters are your main source of Knowledge Points, it doesn’t matter if you fight or trade, either option will work. You should be able to clear the first chapter on day 1. A number of Sideline-Story objectives will also reward you with KP, so keep an eye out for those.
You will get sigils from giving aid to neighboring towns and by clearing map locations.
You can claim a freebie in the Shop every day, top-right of screen. In the game settings there is an option for “Data Usage.” This game collects a lot more data than others you may be familiar with and depending on how you feel about that sort of thing you may want to disable or opt out of a lot if it.
