You will need to complete the tutorial missions which include talking in the world chat, joining a club, trading with another player, gifting items and receiving items, and competing in parties. There are Daily XC! missions that reward you with PiMD Piggy Banks at the first and second prize level. These can be resold in the Shop for 7.5M cash each. You will need the cash to unlock new dorm rooms. In your Dorm you should only have the cheap Tier 1 students to save on cash.
After you complete the tutorial missions you will need to restart the game. Once you have logged back in there will be a new mission available called “Quiz you were here,” this mission lasts about 7 days and the initial reward gets you 400 Piggy Banks which gets you 3B cash. Unlocking Dorm rooms 31-33 costs 450, 500, and 1B respectively.
The “Quiz you were here” mission just requires that you obtain “Pints of Ale” which are rewarded from Boxes and Kegs you get from completing Parties. To qualify for a reward from a party you just need to hit once. You can either stay with a solid club or you can hop around and hit many parties either way works. Once you reach 500 “Pints of Ale” the first reward will be unlocked. This plus what you get from the Daily XC missions is enough to complete the game offer.
