A while back I did an offer for Puzzles & Conquest through the SB Live app. I had to reach Castle 15 and get a 5 Star hero. I bought the 5 star hero advertised in game for five dollars and tax to complete the terms.
I never received credit for the purchase and eventually had to submit a ticket with screenshot of the terms, my account, the purchase, and lastly that I had since acquired 2 additional 5 star heroes.
I received a denial. IronSource (SB Live) claimed that the advertiser could not confirm that I had completed the offer. I continued to email them further evidence of my completion of the terms.
I received further denials after more correspondence with the advertiser. I then requested a refund from Google Play for the purchase of the 5 Star hero. The response was that any refund could only be issued by the publisher 37Games.
I then contacted the game advertiser directly and explained the issue and requested a refund. They (Global.37Games) referred me back to the platform (SB Live) for either credit or a refund. 37Games insisted that they no control over the offer or any Refunds.
As of 11/24/21 I am awaiting response from IronSource to my latest appeal.
I am owed compensation; either as credit for completion of the offer terms, or as a refund for the qualifying purchase I made in order to meet the offer terms and conditions.
The question now is whom of these three entities (Google, IronSource, 37Games) holds the financial responsibility.
