After returning from my spontaneous trip to Maine in summer last year. I enrolled for the Fall term at the Vance-Granville Community College in Franklin County. I decided to go full-time, so I won’t be going back to work anytime soon. I am taking the Business Administration degree program.
Monday was my first day back with college learning. I haven’t gone to school in 14 years and I really feel out of date and out of touch. Many of my classmates graduated high-school extra early due to Covid and online learning alterations.
I am enrolled in ENG-002 a prerequisite class for regular English. ACC-120 Principles of Financial Accounting and ACC-121 Principles of Managerial Accounting. Lastly CIS-110 Introduction to Computers which is more of a broad overview of technology and digital citizenship.
I have received all of the documentation I need to start operating my new business. The company is registered in North Carolina as an LLC under the name “Bliss in Bloom: Influencers.” I am working on a nice design for my business cards and I have pre-written a recruitment letter. It just needs some work to become more concise.
I have a basic landing page setup with the business terms listed and an official email address. I bought the domain name for a year. I have until late March 2022 to get the ball rolling before I have to submit the Annual report ($200). I’d like to see a little income before then; doesn’t have to be a net profit, just some revenue.
