Empire: Four Kingdom’s

I found this game listed on the Adgem with offer term of “Complete level 20.” The Standard 30 day time limit on Adgem offer wall applies. 2400 SB on a double point special. Very little information was available for the Mobile game. The company operates a browser-based version of the game which has a similar name. The is a Wikia but it has little information and a noticeable lack of Spellchecker use.

You will earn Experience points mostly from constructing buildings or by completing quests. I was only getting 1 exp for each enemy I attacked. The Robber Barons (NPC) can be leveled up by repeatedly attacking them. At level 3 the Baron will have the possibility of dropping Gems. It takes 12,000 Experience to reach level 20.

I had difficulty finding out how to play the game after the short tutorial ended. Too much of the game operates on an assumption that the player already knows how to play. There were many game functions without any instructions beyond “do this activity and get a reward.” There is a Help section in the Settings page but it only alludes to the game functions and does not instruct as to how to interact with the game.

A small camp on the right-side of your castle outside the wall will have daily mission’s that provide rewards. The Fortune Wheel gives a free spin each day with additional spins available after watching ads. In the Store at the bottom of the list you will find the Online Rewards for being logged in.

Early in the tutorial you will be prompted to join an alliance. One of the Daily Activity items is to request help from your alliance. This option is level gated although it is not readily apparent and so being in an alliance is sort of useless in the early game. Another activity is to send resources to another lord and I tried this twice without it checking off as complete. After sending resources to 3 players, 1 of which was an ally it worked but I don’t know which was the triggering action.

There are rewards for reaching new level milestones as well as rewards for maintaining an Honor Rank each week. Daily logins will get you a bonus if you are in an Alliance and if you have VIP active.

At level 13 you can capture an Outpost to provide additional resources. You want to find one with good resources. All outposts will provide food and either wood or stone. Values you want are 8/8 between food and the stone/wood.

The Outpost can build most of the same buildings as your primary castle and you can use Market Carts to ship resources between them. You can also launch attacks from the Outpost on players and NPC’s. The Outpost will have its own resources separate from your main castle and it will frequently run short of either Wood or Stone depending on which specialty you chose.

Gold can be used to purchase siege equipment from the merchants outside of your castle. It is also used to take on Mission’s at the small camp. As you increase in level the Gold requirements will increase exponentially. Gold can be acquired from most activities in game but especially from selling unused Equipment.

At the Forge you can combine any 3 pieces of gear of the same tier to make a random gear of the same tier. If you put in 6 items they will generate a single higher tier item. You can get better gear from quest rewards early on and so I would suggest selling the junk as Gold is very useful.

It took me 10 days to complete the offer terms without making any purchases. I was not attacked by any other players during this time. I did play aggressively and frequently attacked others but found most denizens to be peace loving types who were only interested in PvE combat.
